The Sigma Service and Parts Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Photographic Lens Technicians with the day to day operations of the service department as well as the successful support of incoming and outgoing parts inventory.

• Supports the Company’s service policies for repair and customer service
• Ensures accuracy of service documents
• Perform minor repairs of Sigma products (Camera and Still lenses)
• Calibrate lenses to specification
• Inspect incoming product for credit or repair and service to optimal performance
• Inspect and clean repaired lenses before returning to customers
• Shipping and receiving parts inventory shipments
• Reconcile and resolve discrepancies
• Other related duties as assigned

• Familiarity with lens and camera repair and maintenance
• Familiarity with photographic product operation
• Some knowledge of repair terminology
• Basic computer and mathematical skills
• Ability to work well under limited supervision
