At SIGMA, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to SIGMA within 30 days of receipt of the item(s).

How to Return or Exchange and Item:
In order to return or exchange an item(s), please download the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and include it with the return along with a copy of the original invoice.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of item.

Returned products must be in brand new condition and must have all original manufacturers packing materials and accessories, including instruction booklets and packing inserts and blank warranty cards.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking insurance.
