- Although parts are available for purchase by private parties, the purchase and installation of parts by an unauthorized repair shop or person will void the Manufacturer’s warranty and The Sigma Corporation of America will not be held responsible.
- Certain parts will not be available for sale due to the complex level of replacement and special tools required for proper installation and adjustment.
- The Sigma Corporation of America will not accept the return or exchange of any part that was removed from its original packaging.
- Service Manuals, Diagrams and Parts break downs are not available for public distribution.
- Parts availability is subject to the specific product service life.
- Order processing time is 3-5 business days for the parts that are readily available in stock.
- There is a minimum $10 processing fee for the orders that are less than $10 in value.
- Standard UPS ground $10 shipping charge will be added to all orders.
- We do not take orders nor ship any parts outside of the United States of America.
- Some parts are available in full assembly and sub-assemblies will not be provided.

Attach a few pictures of the product including serial number of the item and a photo of the part to the email with your full name and shipping address.
You'll receive a reply to your email once the parts department confirms the availability of the part and you'll be provided with the final amount and a link to pay for the order.
