Sigma Outlet products may be returned for various reasons, including overstock balancing, miscellaneous returns from retailers, suspected operation issues and minor damage to the box. As the manufacturer, our goal is to put our products in your hands in perfect working condition.

SIGMA OUTLET WARRANTY

We don't foresee any issues with the products purchased through the Sigma Outlet, but sometimes things happen. If you find a manufacturer's defect with your product, we'll repair it for you free of charge with the return shipping on us. All Sigma cameras, lenses, and flashes qualify for a 90-day warranty. If you should need to send your product to us for repair, simply pack it up with a copy of your original proof of purchase and the warranty card, fill out the Sigma Service Request Form, choose a shipping option with which you feel most comfortable and send it to us. RETURN POLICY

At SIGMA, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to SIGMA within 15 days of receipt of the item(s).

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. If the payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account.

How to return or exchange an item:

In order to return or exchange an item(s), please download the Return Merchandise Authorization Form and include it with the return along with the copy of the original invoice.

Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of item.

Returned Sigma Outlet products must be in the same like-new condition received and must have all original manufacturers packing materials and accessories, including instruction booklets and packing inserts and blank warranty cards.

Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking insurance.
