This model hired me for her very first professional photo shoot. While planning the shoot, her mother told me about a beautiful field of sunflowers near their home. I knew I had to photograph that scene, and was so thankful I did. Here I used a slightly longer lens to help compress the model against the sunflower background. I took this image late in the day (just minutes before sunset) to make use of the natural direct sunlight on her face. By using natural sunlight I was able to balance the exposure on her face with the light on the scene. I added this color effect in Photoshop to give a more romantic feel to the image.
